Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026 · Testnet
Not legal advice. This is a plain-language draft for a testnet product. Have qualified counsel review and adapt it for your jurisdiction before any production or paid use.

1. Acceptance

By accessing SWARM — including swarm.green, app.swarm.green, ai.swarm.green, explore.swarm.green, the SWARM node client, and the compute API (the "Service") — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SWARM is a distributed AI-compute network. Operators contribute GPU capacity by running the node client; customers ("Developers") submit compute jobs through the API. The network matches, runs, verifies, and settles work on-chain (currently the Base test network).

3. No investment, no guaranteed earnings

A node, node license, or any token is not an investment and confers no promise of profit. Any earnings, projections, or figures shown anywhere are forward-looking estimates, not guarantees — today's results do not promise tomorrow's. Actual results depend on network demand, machine utilization, and the price of ETH, and may be higher, lower, or zero. Hardware/GPU types are indicative and may be substituted with equivalent or better hardware.

4. Wallets & non-custodial use

You control your own wallet and private keys. SWARM is non-custodial and never holds, controls, or can recover your funds or keys. You are solely responsible for securing them. On-chain transactions are irreversible.

5. Operators

Operators run the node client voluntarily and may stop at any time. You are responsible for your hardware, electricity, taxes, and for complying with local law and your ISP/hardware terms. Jobs run in an isolated sandbox; you must not tamper with the client, falsify work, or attempt to defraud the verification or payment systems.

6. Developers / compute customers

Developers fund a prepaid credit balance and are charged per verified job. You must not submit unlawful content or content that violates our acceptable-use policy (including, without limitation, CSAM, content that sexualizes minors, or content created to harass, defraud, or harm). We may refuse, cancel, or refund jobs and suspend keys for policy violations. Failed/unverified jobs are refunded.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attack the network or other users, evade verification/billing, or generate prohibited content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency and distributed systems carry significant risk, including volatility, smart-contract bugs, network outages, and total loss of funds. Participate only with funds and hardware you can afford to lose. The Service is provided during a test phase and may change, pause, or end.

9. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWARM and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, funds, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
