To operate the network (match/verify/settle jobs), issue and meter API credits, pay operators, prevent abuse and fraud, display the public network explorer, send updates you opted into, and improve the Service.
Blockchain transactions and balances are inherently public. The network explorer (explore.swarm.green) shows, per connected machine: GPU, approximate location (city/country, derived from IP — not your exact address or raw IP), payout wallet address, verified-job count, and ETH earned. Do not connect a wallet or run a node if you don't want this public.
We don't sell your data. We share only with service providers needed to run the Service (e.g., hosting, email, IP-geolocation, blockchain RPC) and as required by law. We may publish aggregate, non-identifying network metrics.
The sites use minimal cookies/local storage needed to function (e.g., wallet connection state) and may use privacy-respecting analytics. The node client stores your encrypted wallet and settings locally on your machine.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; on-chain data cannot be deleted.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold (such as your email). Email privacy@swarm.green. Note we cannot alter on-chain records.
We may update this policy; material changes are posted here.
