Email swarmofficial@atomicmail.io. Include the app version, your operating system and what happened. Review screenshots or logs before sharing them and remove personal information.
We will never ask for your recovery words, private keys, passwords or a payment. Keep those details to yourself.
Downloads and updates
Get the current installers from SWARM downloads. Release files and checksums are also available in the official release repository.
If the wallet cannot connect
Check your internet connection and the server selected in the wallet settings. The SWARM testnet wallet server is https://lwd.swarm.green:443. If the problem continues, email the app version and the error text. Keep your recovery information backed up before changing or reinstalling the app.
If mining pauses
The node needs network peers and an up-to-date chain before it can mine. Reconnect to the internet and check the node's sync and peer status. The FAQ explains testnet mining and rewards.
Testnet software
SWM test coins have no value. The test chain may reset. The software has not received an independent security audit.
